So, Xenia from Xenioga rocked our world with a 75-minute Vinyasa yoga session. She wrapped it up with these mystical sound bowls that brought a great and chill vibe to the whole room. It was like a mini-vacay for our minds!
After all that great and strengthening yoga session, we gathered around to share a healthy and nutritious lunch. Plates were passed, stories were shared, and our bellies were happy campers.
